2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways — information you provide directly to us, and information collected automatically when you browse our website.

Information you provide:

• Your name and contact details (phone number, email address) when you submit a quote request or contact form
• Your business name and the type of service you're enquiring about
• Artwork or design files you choose to upload when requesting a quote
• Messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or our website contact form

Information collected automatically:

• Your IP address and approximate location (city/region level only)
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages you visit and how long you spend on them
• The website or search engine that referred you to us

We do not collect payment card details, Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To respond to your quote requests and enquiries promptly

11. Social Media Publishing, YouTube API Services and Google Data

Designer Wave operates an internal publishing tool, Designer Wave Publisher, which our team uses to publish approved content to social media accounts owned by Designer Wave and, where a client explicitly authorises us to manage their accounts, to that client's accounts. For YouTube, this tool uses the YouTube API Services.

What we access: When a channel owner signs in with Google and grants permission (OAuth 2.0), we access only what is needed to publish on that channel:

• Basic channel information (channel ID and channel name), used to confirm that each video is uploaded to the correct channel
• Permission to upload videos and set their title, description, tags and privacy setting

We do not access or collect your viewers' or subscribers' personal information, comments, private messages, analytics or monetisation data.

What we store:

• The Google authorisation tokens for your channel, stored encrypted on our own automation server and used only to publish content you have approved
• The videos, captions and schedule you have approved for publishing (in our internal content calendar and Google Drive)
• For each video we publish, the YouTube video ID, link and publishing status, kept as a record of the work done for you

Apart from the channel ID we keep to know which channel to publish to, channel information is checked again at the time of every upload and is not stored. We do not sell, rent or share YouTube or Google data with anyone, do not use it for advertising, and do not show third-party advertisements in this tool. The tool itself does not place cookies on your device.

How to revoke access: You can remove Designer Wave Publisher's access to your Google account at any time from your Google security settings at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, or by emailing us at designerwaveindia@gmail.com. When access is revoked, we delete your stored authorisation tokens and any related YouTube data we hold within 7 days (except the video IDs and links of posts already published at your request, which you may also ask us to delete).

Google API Services: Designer Wave's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
